- Departure Time: We set sail at 12:00 PM sharp. Please arrive by 11:30 AM at the latest for smooth ticketing. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Location: Boarding at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal
- Dress Code: Smart casual. Leave the heels at home for safety, but bring your dancing shoes!

- Children (under 15): $49 per child
Refund Policy: We maintain a strict no-refund policy. However, exceptions are made only in rare circumstances such as the cancellation of the cruise due to extreme weather conditions or public health emergencies. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.

- There are no mid-party drop-offs or pickups.
- Heels Policy: The MV Calmer features steep stairs, so for safety reasons, pointy tall heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are allowed!
