Check In: from 11:30am at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle (Please do not wait to see the boat as it will not be at wharf until shortly before departure time to allow for boarding)

• Refund Policy: Tickets are non-transferable & non-refundable
• Authorised ID: Photo ID required
• Heels Policy: Small chunky heels allowed, no tall or pointy heels
• Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive with larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admission without refund.

• Accessibility: This vessel is not a fully accessible venue due to vessel design, wharf condition, and marine safety requirements; Cannot accommodate wheelchairs or assistance animals; Steep stairs apply to mid-deck & sky-deck; Please contact us regarding other mobility aids; Lack of suitability is not grounds for refund

• Cruise Duration: May include embarkation & disembarkation
• Personal Items: Do not leave belongings unattended; All Event Cruises Pty Ltd is not liable for lost or stolen items
• Weather: Cruise goes ahead rain or shine; plenty of indoor & covered space
• Seating: Shared tables – we’ll be in touch with all attendees before the event to arrange seating preferences, including requests to sit with other groups attending;We do a seating plan! Shared dining table experience. If you want to sit together, create a Group Name (e.g., “Smith Family Table”) and have everyone fill in the 'Group Name' field on the order form. Bookings done within 24hrs of start time may not be able to sit with requested other guests that have already been allocated a table.

• Photography & Filming: May be used for social media & marketing; ticket purchase constitutes consent
• Strictly NO BYO: Bags may be checked at boarding
• Drinks: Available to purchase onboard
• Licensing & RSA: Drinks served under strict RSA compliance
• Food: Included in ticket - Set Menu; Dietary substitutions and modifications of the menu cannot be accommodated. The kitchen cannot be considered allergen free. We cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients will not be in our food, and we explicitly accept no liability in this regard.
• No Mid-Cruise Drop-Offs or Pickups – the cruise runs continuously; • • Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation and may be altered for operatonal reasons.

• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• CCTV & Security Notice: For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, crew, and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.
• Departure Policy: The vessel will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.

• Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
