7:30pm King Street Wharf (TO BE CONFIRMED at a time coser to the date of the event. Guests will be notified by the email provided at time of booking)

Please arrive at the wharf, at least, 30 minutes before your charter, as New Year’s Eve is a bustling evening, and the boat cannot wait for late passengers.

* Embarkation and disembarkation are the only times that the vessel will be at a wharf -there are no mid-cruise or addtional pick ups or drop-offs.

* All operators of marine Vessels on Sydney Harbour must adhere to any and all directives givn by TNSW and Marine Police, therefore any and all times and wharf allocations are subject to change of which All Event Cruises Pty Ltd acccepts no liability

• 🔞 18+ Event – Authorised photo ID required forbar service and upon request by crew, staff or security personnell.
• Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations.
• Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
• Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive wiht larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admssion without refund.
• Food included - menu advised below is indicative only and subject to change without notice; kitchen should not be considered allergen free; cannot acomodate special or individual dietary requirements
• Drinks - ticket package includes beer, wine, sparkling, house spririts and soft drinks. Other availabe RTD's and beverages are available for purchase with cash (AUD) or card. 

• Strictly NO BYO! No food or drinks are to be brought onto the vessel.
• Seating: No reserved seating

• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
• Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation.

• Accessibility - This vessel is not a fully accessible venue; suitability is at the discretion of the ticket holder. Lack of suitability is not grounds for refund; Cannot accomodate whelchairs. Please contact us regarding other mobility aids or requirments prior to booking.
• No Prams permitted - due to taking up room and being a trip hazard.
• Total cruise duration is not exact; may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation or may go over time due to congestion of the harbour and wharf areas on NYE.
• Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
• No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
• Departure Policy: The vessel will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
