Pick up & Drop off Location: Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle, NSW
Check in: from 6:30pm until 6:55pm

Departure: 7:00pm sharp (the vessel cannot wait for late passengers)
Dress Code: Casual – flat shoes recommended (no tall or pointy heels for safety)
Event Style: Concert/Nightclub-style event – limited seating. Expect to stand, dance & move!

Star Wars costumes strongly encouraged — come as your favourite character from the galaxy.
From Jedi robes and Sith cloaks to Leia glam, bounty hunters, droids, and stormtroopers, this is your time to shine.

Smart casual is also welcome for those who prefer not to dress up.

Please note: For safety reasons, stiletto or pointed high heels are not permitted onboard due to steep stairs. Short chunky heels are acceptable.

MV Calmer is a fully licensed vessel, with bars and kitchen on board serving a range of food and beverages for purchase with cash or card including beer, wine, spirits, and RTDs.

• Food and beverages are available on board for purchase, but not included in the ticket price.
• Large bags are not permitted onboard - All bags may be checked prior to boarding -Guests arriving with bags larger than a small purse may be refused entry
• This is a standing/dancing style event with limited unreserved seating throughout the vessel
• No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
• No mid-cruise pick-up or drop-off
• Please keep personal belongings with you at all times
• Professional photography/videography may occur during the event. Attendance implies consent for promotional use
• Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation
