Pick up and Drop off Location: Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Newcastle, NSW
Check in: from 12:30pm — Look for All Event Cruises staff and security at the undercover Gazebo area of wharf - Please arrive early the vessel cannot wait for late arrivals

👠 Heel policy: Small chunky heels allowed; tall or pointy heels not permitted; steep stairs apply to access to mid-deck & sky-deck.

🎒 Bag Policy: Large bags are not permitted onboard. Bags will be searched prior to boarding.

Racewear, hats and fascinators are highly encouraged.
For safety reasons, pointed or stiletto high heels are not permitted onboard. Small chunky heels are acceptable.

There will also be two fully licensed bars onboard serving wine, beer, spirits and RTDs for purchase.

• Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
• Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive with larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admission without refund.
• Food - any menu provided is indicative only and subject to change without notice; kitchen should not be considered allergen free; cannot acomodate special or individual dietary requirements
• Drinks available for purchase with cash or card
• Strictly NO BYO!
• We do a seating plan! Shared dining table experience. If you want to sit together, create a Group Name (e.g., “Smith Family Table”) and have everyone fill in the 'Group Name' field on the order form. Bookings done within 24hrs of start time may not be able to sit with requested other guests that have already been allocated a table.
• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
• Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation.
• Accessibility - This vessel is not a fully accessible venue due to vessel, & wharf design, and marine safety requirements; Cannot accommodate wheelchairs or assistance animals,Please contact us regarding other mobility aids; Lack of suitability is not grounds for refund
• Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation
• Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
• No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• CCTV & Security Notice: For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, crew, and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.
• Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
• Departure Policy: The vessel will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
