  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Depart: 12:00 PM | Return: 3:00 PM
  • Check-in: from11:30am at Queens Wharf Ferry terminal. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to deaparture time so we can ensure a prompt and smooth boarding process.

Baby (under 2): $Free

Please keep in mind that we cannot accomodate prams/strollers on board, and we do not provide highchairs.

  • Under 18 attendees must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and be supervised at all times.
  • Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations.
  • Buffet meal included - menu advised below is indicative only and subject to change without notice; kitchen should not be considered allergen free; cannot acomodate special or individual dietary requirements
  • We do a seating plan! Shared table dining. If you want to sit together, create a Group Name (e.g., “Smith Family Table”) and have everyone fill in the 'Group Name' field on the order form.
  • Drinks available for purchase with cash or card
  • Authorised ID: Photo ID Required – don’t forget to bring it along.
  • Licensing & RSA: Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
  • Strictly NO BYO â€” no outside food or drinks can be brought aboard the vesel. Bags may be checked at boarding
  • Heel policy: No tall or pointy heels due to steep stairs
  • Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive wiht larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admssion without refund.
  • Accessibility - Please note that MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue, due to wharf and vessel design, event conditons and marine safety requirements. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and any attendee to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility needs prior to booking. Lack of suitability based on accessibility requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation
  • Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation
  • Weatherproof event — plenty of indoor space
  • Keep personal belongings with you at all times
  • No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
  • Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
  • No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
  • All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
  • Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
  • Departure Policy: The vessel will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
