Dust off your boots, grab your cowboy hat and round up the family — Country Hoedown on the Harbour is coming to MV Calmer!

Join us for 2.5 hours of country music, line dancing, great food and good old-fashioned fun as we cruise Newcastle Harbour.

Whether you're a seasoned line dancer or have absolutely no idea what you're doing, you're invited! Our line-dancing instructors will be onboard throughout the cruise, teaching fun, easy-to-follow dances and getting kids, parents, grandparents and first-timers out on the dance floor together.

Then it's time to turn up the country hits and put those new moves to work!

Expect a huge soundtrack featuring the likes of Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Shaboozey, Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, Zach Bryan, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain and plenty more country favourites.

🍺 Fully Licensed Bars – Beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and more available for guests aged 18+.

Country dress isn't compulsory, but it's definitely encouraged!

• Licensed venue. Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations.
• Valid photo ID Required
• Group Bookings and Purchaser Responsibility: Where one person purchases tickets on behalf of multiple attendees or a group, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that every person attending under that booking is provided with, and is fully aware of, all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies, terms and conditions before the event date.
• All event information, terms and conditions are made available on the ticketing page at the time of purchase. A guest’s failure to read, receive or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or other compensation.
• Children under 18 must remain under the care and active supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times while onboard. For safety reasons, children must not be permitted to roam the vessel unsupervised, including stairways, balconies, boarding areas, and external deck spaces. Guests are asked to carefully supervise young children throughout the duration of the cruise.
• Drinks available for purchase
• Food available for purchase- Any menu provided is indicative only and subject to change without notice.
• Allergen Notice: Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken in preparation, we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination. For guests with significant intolerance, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements, we recommend carefully considering whether the available options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable for your individual needs before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Strictly NO BYO food or beverages
• Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
• Limited Seating Notice: This is a standing, dance style cruise and is not a table-service or seated-viewing event. The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with event flow, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety in mind. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel, however seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onto the vessel. Bringing personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry. Guests are encouraged to view prior event photo albums on our social media pages before booking to get a clear understanding of the event style, vessel setup and atmosphere. Suitability of the event is at the patron’s discretion prior to purchase. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Accessibility: Please note that MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, gangway and vessel design. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and attendees to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility or personal needs before purchasing tickets. Guests should contact us before booking to discuss suitability. Lack of suitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund
• Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive with larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admission without refund.
• No Prams permitted - due to taking up room and being a trip hazard.
• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
• Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation. All indicated times may be adjusted at the discretion of AEC management, and,or vessel Captain.
• Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
• No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
• CCTV & Security Notice: For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, crew, and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.
• Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation.
• Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations, and all applicable legislation.
• Departure Policy: Vessel always aims to depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
