Cruise Details:

• Duration: 4 hours (7:30 pm – 11:30 pm)

• Departure Times: We set sail at 7:30 pm. Please arrive by 7:00 pm to ensure smooth boarding. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.

• Location: Boarding at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Newcastle

• Dress Code: Smart casual – please leave tall or pointy heels at home for safety. Small chunky heels are fine. Rainbow or Pride-inspired outfits encouraged!

Important Information:

• Refund Policy: All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Book now to secure your spot!

• Authorised ID: Required – don’t forget to bring it along.

• Heels Policy: The MV Calmer has steep stairs; tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are allowed.

• Licensing & RSA: Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.

• No Mid-Cruise Drop-Offs or Pickups: Once we sail, we cruise through!

• Food & Drinks: Available to purchase on board. Please note these are not included in your ticket price.

• Strictly NO BYO: Bags may be checked at boarding.

• Filming & Photography: Professional images and video may be captured for social media purposes.

• Seating: Primarily a standing/dancing event. Seating is scattered throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved.

• Weather: Rain won’t stop the boat! Covered space is available on the main and mid decks, so the party goes ahead rain or shine.

• Personal Items: Do not leave bags or belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

• Cruise Duration: Times include embarkation and disembarkation.
