- Date: Saturday 16 May
- Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
- Duration: 3 hours
- Check in: Please arrive by 12:30 pm to ensure smooth boarding. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Location (Pick up & Drop off): Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle - look for AEC staffin the gazebo area
- 🔞 Strictly 18+ Event – Valid photo ID required for entry.
- 👠 Heel policy: Small chunky heels allowed; tall or pointy heels not permitted; steep stairs apply to access to mid-deck & sky-deck.

🪑 Seating - This is primarily a standing and dance-style event. Seating is available throughout the vessel but is limited, unreserved, and not guaranteed.

- No Mid-Cruise Drop-Offs or Pickups – the cruise runs continuously
- Food & Drinks: Available to purchase onboard with cash or card.
- Strictly NO BYO: Bags may be checked at boarding
- Photography & Filming: May be used for social media & marketing; ticket purchase constitutes consent
- Seating: Primarily standing, and dancing, nightclub style event. Limited seating scattered throughout the bpat decks that cannot be reserved.
- Weather: Cruise goes ahead rain or shine; plenty of indoor & covered space
- Personal Items: Do not leave belongings unattended; All Event Cruises Pty Ltd is not liable for lost or stolen items
- Cruise Duration: May include embarkation & disembarkation
