📍 Event Details

Date: Saturday 7 November 2026

Departure: 12pm ( Vessel departs promptly at scheduled time and cannnot wait, or return to the wharf for persons that arrive at the wharf after this time and the gangway has been pulled up)

Return: 2:30pm

Pick up & Drop off Location: Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Newcastle
Check in : from 11:30am - members of the AEC team will be at the undercover gazebo area; please do not wait to see the boat to make your way to the wharf area and approach for check in

👗 Dress Code: Smart casual
👠 Heel policy: Small chunky heels allowed; tall or pointy heels not permitted; steep stairs apply to access to mid-deck & sky-deck.

🎒 Bag Policy: Large bags are not permitted onboard. Bags will be searched prior to boarding.

♿ Limited accessibility; Due to vessel design, steep stairs, and gangway access, wheelchairs and other mobility requirements cannot be accommodated onboard.Please ensure the event is suitable for your individual accessibility needs before purchasing.

• Authorised photo ID required.
• Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations.
• Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
• Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive wiht larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admssion without refund.
• Food included - menu advised below is indicative only and subject to change without notice; kitchen should not be considered allergen free; cannot acomodate special or individual dietary requirements
• Drinks available for purchase with cash or card
• Strictly NO BYO! No food or drinks are to be bought onto the vessel
• We do a seating plan! Shared dining table experience. If you want to sit together, create a Group Name (e.g., “Smith Family Table”) and have everyone fill in the 'Group Name' field on the order form. Bookings done within 24hrs of start time may not be able to sit with requested other guests that have already been allocated a table.
• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
• Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation.
• Accessibility - This vessel is not a fully accessible venue; suitability is at the discretion of the ticket holder. Lack of suitability is not grounds for refund; Cannot accomodate whelchairs. Please contact us regarding other mobility aids.
• Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation
• Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
• No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
• Departure Policy: The vessel will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
