👠 Heel policy: Small chunky heels allowed; tall or pointy heels not permitted; steep stairs apply to access to mid-deck & sky-deck.

🎒 Bag Policy: For security and safety reason large bags (larger than a clutch or purse) are not permitted onboard. Bags will be searched prior to boarding.

♿ Limited accessibility; This is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf and vessel design, event condtions and marine safety requirements.

🔁 Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Authorised photo ID required.
• Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
• Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Don’t forget your ID.
• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
• Food and beverages are available on board for purchase, but not included in the ticket price.
• Strictly NO BYO!
• Filming and professional photography may be captured for social media and marketing purposes. Purchase of ticket means consent is given
• Location: Boarding at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal
• Heels policy: for safety on vessel stairs please have a night off from heels; small chunky are ok but tall pointy may mean you are refused entry or required to only access main deck
• No reserved tables or seating. This is primarily a standing/ dance event. There is seating found throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved. We cannot guarantee a seat for every passsenger at all times.
• No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
• Do not leave bags or other personal items on any seating or in anyway unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
• Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation
• Accessibility - Please note that MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, vessel design and event conditons. Cannot accomodate whelchairs or assistance animals. Please contact us regarding other mobility aids. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and any attendee to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, or other personal, needs prior to booking. Lack of suitability based on accessibility, or other personal, requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
• Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
• Departure Policy: The vessel will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
