Please arrive at the wharf 30 minutes before your charter, as New Year’s Eve is a bustling evening, and the boat cannot wait for late passengers.

- Authorised ID required. Events are operated under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Don’t forget your ID.
- Heels Policy - The MV Calmer features steep stairs, so for safety reasons, pointy tall heels are not permitted. However, small chunky heels are allowed!
- There are no mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
- No Prams permitted - due to taking up room and being a trip hazard.
- Strictly NO BYO!
- Filming and professional photography may be present for social media purposes.
